After a several disappointments with other agents I have first gotten in touch with Con in 2018 and have since lodged successfully several 457 transfers, TSS and finally PR visas through Con as well as Grant. On making contact with the office, I promptly received the visa requirements and signed a contract. I had ready access to Grant Frankcombe (via phone, email) whenever I needed updates and clarity about the process. I was able to go over the drafts several times,before the final application was put through. I received professional,and up to date advise based on current policies of the department of home affairs (DHA). I am very happy with the service I received with Pax Migration. The agent fees I paid was very worth it, as it offered me peace of mind whilst the visa application process went on (this was especially vital as I reside in the United Kingdom, and the time difference was significant).
