Hami has been practising as a Registered Migration Agent for over a decade, with the past five years in senior migration roles. He have extensive experience across a broad range of Australian immigration matters and visa subclasses, including employer-sponsored, skilled, family and partner migration. Throughout Hami’s career, he has assisted both large and small businesses across industries including construction, information technology, hospitality and engineering, as well as individuals and families with their migration matters. Hami also specialises in reviewing matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal and particularly enjoy the challenge of turning what can feel like a “dead case” into a successful outcome.

Hami enjoys finding practical and strategic solutions to complex migration issues and helping clients navigate what can often be a challenging process. He also enjoys mentoring junior RMAs and supporting migration teams, providing guidance on complex matters and acting as an escalation point when additional expertise is required. Hami holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Legal Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice.
