I used PAX Migration for both my Graduate Visa and Permanent Residency applications and had a really positive experience throughout.
I find that they are a bit more expensive than other [dodgy] companies, but for me, it was worth the money for the reliability, service, and constant communciation they provided. My initial consultation was with Christina, who was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the process and my options. As someone who was pretty dependent on their guidance, I always felt well informed and supported. Kinga (grad visa) and Ivan (PR) were both incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. They made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. I really love how openly and readily they responded. During a recent family bereavement, Ivan still took the time to respond to my emails despite being away from work - which obviously was not in his job description and I only found out via the automated reply. But voila, an hour later he replied which I was very grateful for. Meant a lot in that time. Overall, the team was professional, approachable, and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend PAX Migration to anyone (esp for international students) looking for migration assistance.
