Kinga has over 13 years of migration industry experience with-in depth knowledge of the Australian migration law. Kinga has successfully worked on complex and challenging cases and likes to take on new challenges.

 

Kinga has successfully managed complex applications including citizenship pursuant to Ministerial Directions and special residence requirements; Resident Return Visa applications; child visas; parent visas and high-risk student visas. She has experience in managing Schedule 3, PIC, No Further Stay and health waivers, character issues and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) appeal cases.

 

Kinga’s own experience as a migrant provided her a personal experience of the many difficulties and issues that overseas migrants must face and gave her a special advantage to understand clients’ situations and different cultural backgrounds. She has a strong focus on assisting clients to achieve the best possible outcome and the most she enjoys is working on complex and challenging cases.

 

Kinga holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice from the Australian National University, Bachelor of Education (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics (Hon) degrees. She is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) in Queensland, speaks Hungarian and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
