Our fees
The fee for the initial visa planning consultation fee is $330. In exchange for this fee, we will:
- Explain your eligibility and identify the legal issues
- Identify key arguments to be made to succeed in your case
- Provide guidance on steps you can take to improve your chances of success
- Explain what type of evidence will be required to support your case
- Provide guidance on the process and explain the costs involved
As our fees will vary depending on the complexity of each case, we’ll provide you with a personalised fee structure following your consultation. We generally favour fixed fees, so that you know how much you will need to budget for.
